Western is a humble film about ordinary people and an untamed place far from civilization.

Meinhard is a reclusive worker who watches life from a distance with an ambiguous smile. There is nowhere he really feels at home, so he has no problem taking a job in a forgotten corner of Bulgaria where with a German team  he is going to build a hydroelectric power plant.

Awards: Art FF 2017: Blue Angel for Best Director. International Cinephile Society Awards 2018: ICS Award for Best Picture. Mar del Plata FF 2017: Best Director. Seville European FF 2017: Grand Jury Award. And other prizes.
